Carbon Footprint Calculation

Stages on which the Carbon Footprint is based to mitigate Climate Change:

• Measure (Calculated CF): calculate the Carbon Footprint with internationally recognized benchmarks, determining the tons of CO2 obtained.
• Reduce (Reduced CF): calculation of the Carbon Footprint with internationally recognized benchmarks, demonstrating (organization / product) the reduction of its emissions compared to the previous period.
• Compensate (Compensated CF): calculation of the Carbon Footprint with internationally recognized references and the resulting tons of CO2 are canceled with CER’s (Certified Emission Reductions) or VER’s (Verified Emission Reductions).
