What requirements must a company meet to be a Young Innovative Enterprise?

The requirements that a company must meet to be considered a Young Innovative Enterprise are the following:

  • It must be an SME in accordance with the provisions of the European Commission Recommendation of May 6, 2003.
  • The seniority from the start date of the activity must be less than 6 years.
  • You must have a minimum R&D&i expense of 15% of the company’s total expenses in the two previous years.
  • You must demonstrate innovative character in your activity.
  • You must develop a training plan regarding strategy and innovation.
  • You must present a business plan.
